Position: Graduate Trainees in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Instrumentation Engineering

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have completed a full time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate.
• Final year/semester students are also eligible provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria and obtain 65% in their engineering
• Candidates must have qualified in GATE 2015

How to apply:

• Candidates have to apply for GATE 2015 
• Candidates (only Gen /OBC category) have to download and print the pay-in slip for Rs 150 (nonrefundable) at any SBI Branch in a special SBI No. 30987919993 at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC. Link for the Pay in Slip will be provided later
• After payment, the unique Journal Number issued by the bank and the Branch Code of the collecting bank has to be filled by the candidates in the online application form.
• Candidates can apply below on this page.
• After submitting the Online Application, a Unique Registration No is generated.
• Candidates have to print the Registration Slip. 

Emoluments:

• Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at the basic pay of Rs. 24900/- during one-year training and absorbed as Assistant Manager at a basic pay of Rs. 25650/-.
• In addition candidates will also be paid  Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances

• Start of online application module : December 20, 2014 postponed to January First Week, 2015
