Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities:
Technology:Researches literature, patents, and current practices. Designs and develops computer software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development.
People:Provides guidance, leadership, and consultation for clients/users, staff, and vendors in specifying information flows, processes/procedures, and data objects that will meet the business requirements.
Customer:Provides technical consultation and troubleshooting with customers concerning development and maintenance of software system.
Business:Assists in defining, planning, and justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
Financial:Analyzes costs and vendor capabilities related to software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
