Job Description :
-Performs quality assurance activities for software development and/or infrastructure services projects.
-Establishes and documents a quality management system, including a tailored quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities.
-Defines relevant processes for the project or service, and creates and communicates an audit schedule.

-Conducts assessments and evaluations through independent analysis and interpretation of objective and subjective evidence to verify compliance with established standards and applicable quality plan.

-Determines level of process and product quality.

-Identifies areas for improvement, develops written reports of findings, and escalates unresolved issues to appropriate levels of management.
